What the travel guarantee covers
Under Swedish law, every travel agency selling package travel arrangements must hold a financial guarantee with Kammarkollegiet (the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency). The guarantee protects travellers if the agency becomes insolvent or otherwise unable to deliver the package they have booked.
If the worst happens, you are entitled either to a full refund of what you paid, or — if your trip is already underway — to repatriation home. You make the claim directly to Kammarkollegiet, not to us.
Our registration
Rozana Travel AB is registered with Kammarkollegiet under registration number [KAMMARKOLLEGIET_REG_NR]. The registration is publicly searchable on Kammarkollegiet's register of travel agencies.
Who can claim
Any traveller who has paid for a package travel arrangement (paketresa) or a linked travel arrangement (sammanlänkad researrangemang) with Rozana Travel can claim against the guarantee if we are unable to deliver due to insolvency.
Standalone bookings of single services (only flight, only hotel, no other travel service) are not covered by the travel guarantee — these are not package travel arrangements under Swedish law.
How to make a claim
Claims are made directly to Kammarkollegiet. They review and pay out from the guarantee fund. The full process and the claim form are at kammarkollegiet.se under the Resegaranti section.
You will need: your booking confirmation, proof of the amounts paid, and any communication from us about the situation. Keep these documents.
Claims must be submitted within three months of when you knew or should have known that we were unable to deliver the package.
