Booking

  • How do I book a package?

    Pick a package and tap "Book this trip". You'll fill in three short steps — traveller info, trip details, review — and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm details and send your invoice.

  • Can you customise an existing package?

    Yes, almost always. Reach out via the contact form and tell us what you'd like to change — different dates, more or fewer days, an add-on city, a specific hotel — and we'll send back a tailored itinerary.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Two to three months ahead is comfortable for most destinations. For peak season (summer in Europe, winter in the Maldives) we recommend four to six months. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Bank transfer (Swedish IBAN), Swish for Swedish residents, and major credit cards. Klarna (soon). Invoice details follow once your booking is confirmed.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes — typically 25% of the total at booking confirmation, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For trips booked within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at booking.

  • Are prices in SEK fixed?

    Prices on the site are quoted in SEK and are valid at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, the price is locked — no exchange-rate surprises.

During the trip

  • What's included in the package price?

    Accommodation, internal transport (flights, transfers, vehicles), guided activities listed in the itinerary, and breakfast. Detailed inclusions are listed on each package page.

  • What's NOT included?

    International flights to and from your home city, travel insurance, lunches and dinners not specified in the itinerary, optional add-ons, and anything personal — tips, drinks, souvenirs, room service.

  • Will there be an English- or Arabic-speaking guide?

    Yes. Every package includes a guide fluent in either English, Arabic, or both — specified per package. You'll know exactly who's guiding you before departure.

After & cancellations

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are refunded minus a 10% admin fee. 60–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund, though we'll always try to rebook with you. Full terms are on the Booking Terms page.

  • Can I get a refund if I have to cancel?

    Per the schedule above. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover — it can refund what we contractually can't.

  • What if something goes wrong during the trip?

    Call us. The number you receive on confirmation is monitored 24/7 during your trip. We've sorted out delayed flights, sudden room changes, and last-minute itinerary swaps before — that's part of what we do.

Visas & insurance

  • Do I need a visa?

    It depends on your passport and the destination. We'll send a visa-requirements summary tailored to you with your booking confirmation, and we can support the application process for most countries.

  • Is travel insurance included?

    No, travel insurance is not included in package prices. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive cover (medical + cancellation + baggage) before travelling. We can recommend a Swedish provider if helpful.

  • What about vaccinations or health requirements?

    Vaccination requirements vary by destination. We'll flag any required or strongly recommended vaccinations in your booking confirmation, and recommend you also check with a Swedish travel-medicine clinic before departure.
